1. Regulatory Status

MiroMint is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), SEBI, or any other regulatory body in any jurisdiction. The Platform does not provide personalised investment advice and does not manage client funds.

2. Nature of AI Signals

The AI Predictor, Alpha Quant Agent, screener signals, and technical indicators are generated by mathematical algorithms and large language models (OpenAI GPT-4o). These systems:

• Are based on historical price data and cannot predict future results
• Do not account for all market risks, geopolitical events, or macroeconomic factors
• May produce incorrect or misleading outputs
• Are subject to model hallucination and data quality issues
• Are provided for educational exploration only, not actionable trading advice

3. Alpha Trade Agent

The Alpha Quant Agent feature is an automated trading simulation tool. When connected to a real brokerage (Alpaca Markets), it can execute real orders with real money. By enabling Live Mode, you explicitly acknowledge:

• You understand that real capital is at risk
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes
• MiroMint bears no liability for losses incurred through the Trade Agent
• Past performance of the agent in mock/paper mode does not guarantee live performance
• You should never allocate capital you cannot afford to lose entirely

4. Data Accuracy

Market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, and other third-party providers and may be:

• Delayed by up to 15–20 minutes for standard market data
• Subject to errors, gaps, or discrepancies
• Unavailable during system outages or API rate limiting

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Platform. Always verify data with your broker or a primary data source before trading.

5. No Fiduciary Duty

MiroMint does not act as a fiduciary and owes no duty of care in respect of any investment decisions made by users based on information from this Platform. All use of the Platform is at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Brokerage

Alpaca Markets LLC is a registered broker-dealer (FINRA/SIPC member). By connecting your Alpaca account, you agree to Alpaca's own terms of service and compliance obligations. MiroMint is not affiliated with Alpaca Markets and does not receive compensation for brokerage referrals.

7. Jurisdiction

The Platform is available globally but is primarily designed for users in the United States. Users in other jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform and any related trading activity complies with local laws and regulations.
