By accessing or using MiroMint ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use this Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MiroMint provides an informational and educational platform for stock screening, technical analysis, AI-generated signals, portfolio tracking, and market data visualisation. The Platform does not execute real trades on behalf of users unless explicitly connected to a third-party broker (such as Alpaca Markets) through a user-initiated action.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content, tools, signals, screener outputs, AI predictions, and market data provided by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. We are not registered broker-dealers, investment advisers, or financial planners under any applicable law or regulation including the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, or equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MiroMint and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiroMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, Alpaca Markets, Firebase, and OpenAI. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
