MiroMint DocSuite is architected from the ground up on a radical promise: we cannot see, store, or sell your documents because they never leave your device.
When you select a PDF, image, resume, or passport photo in MiroMint, it is loaded into your browser’s local sandboxed memory. No network payload containing your files is ever transmitted over the internet.
All PDF compression, redacting, converting, document editing, and photo processing execute strictly via compiled WebAssembly binaries and HTML5 Canvas engines running on your machine's CPU/GPU.
Closing your browser tab or clicking our manual "Purge Session Memory" killswitch immediately zeroes all active canvas contexts and garbage-collects all blob objects from local memory.
We do not use surveillance ad networks, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts. We never harvest your metadata, filenames, tax IDs, or personal identity details.
1. Information We Collect
Because MiroMint DocSuite operates purely as client-side software, our data collection is limited exclusively to what is strictly necessary to deliver licensing and customer support:
- Transaction & Order Details: When you purchase a $4.99 24-Hour Application Pass or Pro License, our Merchant of Record and payment processors (Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe) collect payment details in their PCI-DSS compliant environment. We never receive or store your card or bank credentials.
- Local License Storage: Your active license status or usage counter is stored locally in your browser's
localStoragesolely to grant you uninterrupted tool access. - Customer Support Inquiries: If you email us at
support@miromint.com, we retain your email address and message thread solely to assist you with order retrieval or technical questions.
2. Absolute Document Confidentiality
Traditional online document utilities rely on uploading files to remote cloud storage clusters for server-side processing. In contrast, MiroMint DocSuite operates client-side with no cloud document ingestion backend. Whether you are compressing a confidential tax audit, converting an employment agreement, editing a financial statement, or preparing a biometric passport photo, the document bytes are processed locally in your browser memory and never travel to MiroMint servers.
3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten": Because document files are processed locally in your browser and never transmitted to our servers, MiroMint maintains no centralized document database. Document data resides in local browser runtime memory during active processing and is cleared upon tab closure or standard browser memory garbage collection.
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, license, or disclose your personal information or document files to data brokers or third parties under any circumstances.
4. Third-Party Services & Payment Processors
Payments are handled via authorized Merchant of Record platforms (Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe). These providers handle local tax compliance, global currency conversion, and fraud prevention under industry-leading encryption and PCI Level 1 security standards.
