Welcome to MiroMint DocSuite (by MiroMint). By accessing or using our website, tools, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
We believe surprise recurring charges for one-time document tasks are unfair. MiroMint DocSuite operates on clear, upfront, and flexible pricing options:
- $4.99 24-Hour Application Pass: Grants 24 hours of unlimited usage across all tools with zero recurring charges and no auto-renewal.
- $9.99 / month Monthly Pro: Auto-renewing monthly subscription with 1-click self-serve cancellation anytime in your account for active job seekers.
- $49.00 Lifetime All-Access: Grants permanent lifetime access to all current and future tools with a single one-time payment for up to 5 personal devices. Zero recurring fees or renewal charges.
1. Provision of In-Browser Client Software
MiroMint DocSuite provides client-side document utilities (compression, conversion, editing, merging, biometric passport/headshot generation, ATS resume scanning, redaction, ID card stitching, metadata stripping, and document requests). The software is delivered as web application code executed in your browser via WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas.
2. Absolute User Ownership of Documents
You retain 100% of all intellectual property, copyright, and ownership rights to any documents, photos, resumes, or materials you process using MiroMint DocSuite. Because your files never reach our servers, MiroMint claims zero ownership, license, or rights to view, index, or distribute your content.
3. Purchases, Licenses, and Billing
Orders are securely processed through authorized Merchant of Record partners (including Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy, and Stripe). When purchasing a 24-Hour Pass, Monthly Pro plan, or Lifetime License:
- For one-time products (24-Hour Pass and Lifetime License), you authorize a single charge with zero automated rebills.
- For recurring plans (Monthly Pro at $9.99/mo), billing recurs monthly until cancelled, and you may cancel anytime with 1 click via your receipt portal.
- You will receive an instant order confirmation and cryptographic license key via email.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use MiroMint DocSuite for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Fabricating fraudulent official government credentials, counterfeit passports, or forged legal instruments.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the proprietary UI and packaging of MiroMint DocSuite.
- Automated scraping or abusive denial-of-service attempts against our static hosting infrastructure.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MiroMint DocSuite is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our tools are tested rigorously for accuracy against official international passport criteria and government file-size specifications, you are solely responsible for verifying that your final documents meet the exact requirements of your specific embassy, government portal, or employer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiroMint and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
